These terms of service govern the relationship between Adminarum s.r.o. (hereinafter "provider") and users of the Adminarum service (hereinafter "user" or "customer").

Adminarum is a cloud platform for comprehensive IT infrastructure management for organizations.
The service is intended for persons over 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and that all provided information is truthful.
Free: Complete functionality for 14 days
Pro: $8/month per user
You will be informed of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers will maintain their original price for 12 months.
If an invoice is not paid within 14 days, the account will be temporarily suspended. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
Maintenance and updates are performed outside business hours (0:00-6:00 CET). You will be informed of planned outages at least 48 hours in advance.
Automatic daily backups with recovery capability up to 30 days back. Recovery testing is performed monthly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate service termination:
We may terminate the service with 30 days' notice or immediately for violation of these terms. If terminated for our reasons, we will refund the proportional payment.
Before termination, you can export your data in JSON, CSV or PDF formats. After termination, data is irreversibly deleted.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability and restriction of processing of your personal data under GDPR.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or business disruption arising from use or inability to use the service.

Consumers can use the services of Czech Trade Inspection or European ODR platform. České obchodní inspekce
You will be informed of changes to these terms by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service with new terms constitutes agreement.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining parts of the terms remain valid. Invalid provision will be replaced with valid one with the closest legal effect.
