These terms of service govern the relationship between Adminarum s.r.o. (hereinafter "provider") and users of the Adminarum service (hereinafter "user" or "customer").

2. Service definition and description

Adminarum is a cloud platform for comprehensive IT infrastructure management for organizations.

Server, application and network infrastructure records
Password and access credential management
Documentation and knowledge base
Contacts and teams
Event calendar and monitoring
Activity logs and audit records

Advanced features (Pro versions)

Task and workflow automation
Advanced reports and analytics
API integration with external systems
Extended roles and permissions
Priority technical support

3. Registration and login

Registration methods

Email + password: Standard registration with email verification
Google OAuth: Login via Google account

User obligations

Providing truthful and current information
Securing access credentials
Immediate reporting of account compromise
Responsibility for all account activities

Registration limitations

The service is intended for persons over 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and that all provided information is truthful.

4. Pricing, payments and billing

Pricing plans

Free: Complete functionality for 14 days

Pro: $8/month per user

Payment terms

14-day free trial period for Pro version
Monthly subscription with automatic renewal
Payments processed by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant)
Supported methods: VISA, MasterCard, bank transfer
Invoices according to applicable Czech legislation

Price changes

You will be informed of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers will maintain their original price for 12 months.

Non-payment

If an invoice is not paid within 14 days, the account will be temporarily suspended. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

5. Service availability (SLA)

Availability guarantees

Basic plan: 99.0% monthly availability
Pro plan: 99.5% monthly availability
Enterprise: 99.9% monthly availability + SLA compensation

Planned outages

Maintenance and updates are performed outside business hours (0:00-6:00 CET). You will be informed of planned outages at least 48 hours in advance.

Backup and data recovery

Automatic daily backups with recovery capability up to 30 days back. Recovery testing is performed monthly.

6. Prohibited activities and sanctions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate service termination:

Security violations

Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Attacks on service infrastructure
Reverse engineering or decompilation
Spreading malware or malicious code

Service abuse

Storing illegal content
Violating intellectual property rights
Spam or mass mailing
Excessive system load

Sanctions

Warning and temporary feature restrictions
Account suspension for a specific period
Permanent service termination without refund
Legal action for serious violations

7. Service termination

Termination by customer

You can terminate the service anytime in account settings
Subscription will not automatically renew after the valid period
Data remains available for 30 days for export
No entitlement to refund of proportional payment

Termination by provider

We may terminate the service with 30 days' notice or immediately for violation of these terms. If terminated for our reasons, we will refund the proportional payment.

Data export

Before termination, you can export your data in JSON, CSV or PDF formats. After termination, data is irreversibly deleted.

8. Personal data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability and restriction of processing of your personal data under GDPR.

9. Liability and warranty limitations

Liability limitations

We provide the service "as is" without additional warranties
We are not liable for data loss caused by the user
Maximum damage compensation is limited to annual subscription amount
We do not guarantee availability of third-party external services

Liability exclusions

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or business disruption arising from use or inability to use the service.

Mediation through Czech Trade Inspection
Competent court in Czech Republic

Alternative dispute resolution

Consumers can use the services of Czech Trade Inspection or European ODR platform. České obchodní inspekce

11. Final provisions

Terms changes

You will be informed of changes to these terms by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service with new terms constitutes agreement.

Validity of provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining parts of the terms remain valid. Invalid provision will be replaced with valid one with the closest legal effect.
